Feeling good today w/Pic...
..and really in control. Spent the day at work then a couple hours of just some self reflection. I remember when the life I now live was a dream and an unattainable one at that but some way some how I came out on the other side victorious. I'm glad I no longer make excuses for doing the things that are good for my body like walking 2 and half miles everyday at the very least, eating my vegetables, weighing myself to remain accountable and forgiving myself for how far I made things get. I'm not yet done but I've come a far way and today I celebrate ME!
Wow. Congratulations. You are looking great! And I love your attitude. You inspire me! I'm going to go walk 2.5 miles!
