OMG the gas!!!

You are doing great! I could not get enough water in the first few days and drinking water for me me still causes gas so I opted to eat ice chips and lots of them. It was easier for me so see if that is easier for you. You have to push the fluids and make sure you get enough because you'll get dehydrated. Walk, walk and walk some more. What helped for me was my fitness ball. I sat on it and carefully, while holding a pillow against my stomach and belly, bounced up and down a bit (you can do this on the side of your bed as well) and it helped the gas come out. The nausea is from gas, you're not hungry. Fluids, walking and resting, it will get better!

I like your idea with the fitness ball/bed. I'll try anything at this point! Congrats on the 30 lbs off so far in your first month!!
