Any advice on how to keep these vitamins down?
Well, you don't need that specific brand and also it takes several weeks for most vitamin deficiencies to take any sort of hold or effect. So, don't start feeling panicky and stressed about what is going on right now. It shouldn't hurt to hold off a week or two and try later. Alternatively, try something easier to absorb like liquid vitamins or patch vitamins (no chance of throwing up a patch you stick on your skin!).
I am not a fan of the bariatric specialty vitamins as they (ironically) tend to be super high in calories and carbs. I never took a bariatric specialty vitamin and my labs have always been great.
When it sits in the stomach, they can have that reaction. You want to take them with water, even if they are chewable. As much water as you can, no food. You want to wash them through your stomach and into your intestine. Food will just close the pyloric valve and trap them in the stomach, causing distress.

If none of the above suggestions work, hold off a few more weeks and try again. You won't drop over from scurvy without your vitamins short-term. Constantly throwing up so soon after surgery is far more serious than a very temporary vitamin deficiency.

I used to crush my vitamins and mix them in plain greek yogurt because my pot-surgery tummy revolted at anything sweet. It worked for me.
best of luck,
