What cha eating today, VSGers? - Monday
Hi All,
Breakfast - crustless cheeseburger quiche
Lunch - ham and green bean casserole
Dinner - phily cheese steak sloppy joes with provolone cheese
4th meal - chicken lazone, if I need a 4th meal, otherwise - humus and crackers - my downfall these days.
Vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - 6 to 8 K steps on my fit bit

snack: scrambled egg and cheese with mushrooms
lunch: pineapple chicken

dinner: pineapple chicken again

Doctors goal reached in 6 months. Personal goal reached in 11 months
B: 1/2 everything bagel, cored out, toasted with lite veggie cc
S: orange, banana
L: hummus with carrots and a small cucumber
S: maybe popcorn (my downfall these days)
D: 1/2 taco stuffed pepper (put together last night and salivating ever since!!!)
E: hit 11,000 steps yesterday - not hopeful to do so again today

Lost 2 lbs of holiday/vacation weight - feeling good - what a difference 2 lbs makes at this size.

I haven't posted or been on here in MONTHS. HELLOOOOO AGAIN!

S; undecided if I want to eat after 8pm after job2. Probably wont.

Exercise; working 12 hours the next 3 days, ummm. Not sure itll happen. Boo.
Oh my go**** was freaking cold out today here in the Chicagoland area. I braved the cold, -4 and went grocery shopping this morning - I wanted to get veal stew meat and made a "stew like" dish - my husband's making yummy sounds after every bite. How sweet.
Breakfast: syntrax nectar protein drink
Lunch: chicken marsala
Dinner: veal stew meat with marsala mushrooms
V & W: on track
Exercise: just over 11,000 steps so far today
Surgery Date: 12/9/14 - Highest Weight: 349 - Surgery Weight: 305 - Current Weight: 137
Goal reached in 13 months - 212 total pounds lost including pre-op

I'm still on soft diet but this is what I ate today
Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs with cheese- only ate half
Lunch- mushed up green beans and some refried beans - couldn't finish that either
Dinner- 2 tbsp wolf brand chili and more green beans
Snack- premiere protein shake
Vitamins- took them
Water- almost drank 30 ounces- work in process
Exercise- walked to mail box- also work in progress
