Watcha' Eating Today VSGers?
Today was a good day for my eating and my exercise, so I thought I would post about it.
B: scrambled egg, one slice bacon and two grapes
L: roast beef with cheese and salsa
S: light string cheese
S: Light and Fit coconut yogurt
D: crock pot salsa chicken with cheese and creme fraiche
E: 15,500 steps = 6.16 miles
V: on track
W: on track
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

8th day post op, 6th day home.. still on clear liquids, two more days until full liquids.. yay!
unjury chicken broth, water, sf jello.. rinse and repeat :)
Good for you! It may seem like a long few weeks, but the liquids phase will be over very soon and it's on to real live food. Get as creative as you can, use lots of spice and try things that you wouldn't normally like, because your tastes may have changed since surgery.
I can't wait to hear more about your future VSG life. Welcome to the loser's bench, there's always room for new friends and guests.

Haven't done this in a loooong time but love reading it for ideas but here goes:
Breakfast
Cappucino with splenda and lowfat milk (I will never ever give up my coffee until the day I die...sorry)
Crustless Spinach and Cheddar Quiche
Lunch
2oz Sauteed Shrimp
1/2 cup Spinach
1 smoked chicken drumstick
87g of sweet potato
Dinner - will be
1 lean ground beef taco and a salad
Exercise - 2 and half miles in my lunch break
