myfitnesspal settings - Vets help pls
When I was on 800 calories per day, my percentages were 25% carbs, 40% protein, 35% fat (if I remember right!).
I paid a lot of attention to that my first year, but can't remember what those settings are. Honestly, I pay no attention to any of that. The only thing I care about are the calories.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
I don't set my percentages. I just make sure I get at least 60 grams of protein and less than 30 grams of carbs. My numbers are adjusted if I'm over or under on either one of those. I honestly haven't even looked at my percentages at all.
5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
I don't have the premium version, I just have the free one. Across the bottom of the screen, in the righthand corner, there is a button that says more. Click on that, then click on nutrition. It will show you how many grams of each proteins, fats, carbs, etc that you are logging.

These are my numbers. I am currently 139 pounds and want to lose about three pounds by April 1. I am also eight years out from RNY. Numbers will be much different if you are still in initial weight loss mode.

A good place to set your goals is a site called If It Fits Your Macros. iifym.com. For best weight loss after surgery, pick the Atkins (ketogentic) diet and calculate from that. Ignore the calorie count which will be too high for now.
