The World According to Eggface is bomb she technically had RYN but her recipes she posts are wls friendly and her story is amazing. She actually comes on the VSG forum and posts replies sometimes. She is amazingly nice and she actually friended me awhile back. Plus she is a huge advocate for wls patients and the struggle with insurance companies to pay for wls and sits on a national board of directors for the Obesity Action Coalition. She also does cool give aways of protein shakes and other wls tools/food. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/

You're welcome. I told you I was a fan girl lol. :)
Shelley, I hope you know how much you do for the WLS community. As a pre op and a new post op I lived on your blog site. I don't know where I would have gone during those first weeks to get me through the puree/mushy stage. I have the fondest memories of the ricotta bake! Different versions of egg bites became my savior during my first 6 months. You were MY Ina Garten early out. For me, you are the WLS Contessa!
Since I have never said thank you, I want to say it now. Thank you!
I follow many on WordPress too (have my own blog as well - details below in signature). Now I'm not trying to say mine is good, but I blog weekly and am honest about my challenges and experiences. I've found a ton of great ones on WP and hope you check it out!
