Yesterday I made a tuna casserole and a green bean and ham casserole. Today I need to shop and buy more salmon and some chicken for some more casseroles. I haven't decided yet what exactly to make. So today...
Breakfast - stuffed green peppers
Lunch - ham and green bean casserole
Dinner - buffalo chicken and wheat thins
snack - broccoli slaw
vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - one of these days I'm going to make it to 10,000 steps on my fit bit! But usually I top out between 7 and 8 K.

Today for lunch I found a good comedor, a little open-air restaurant that serves genuine Nicaraguan food. Delicious!

I always love these posts but just had surgery last week. boringly, today I got to eat my first egg and it was amazing!!!!!
Breakfast egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
Lunch cottage cheese, Turkey deli meat and baby carrots
Dinner cheesy chicken chili and a slice of double layer pumpkin pie that was featured on OH. It was delish
Snack Greek yogurt, beef jerky, and cutie orange

3rd day post op.. so broth, water, more broth, hot tea and more broth :)
but at least I have lots of broth variations.. veggie, chicken, mushroom and wonton so I'm not getting bored.
