Yesterday I made a tuna casserole and a green bean and ham casserole.  Today I need to shop and buy more salmon and some chicken for some more casseroles.  I haven't decided yet what exactly to make.  So today...

Breakfast - stuffed green peppers

Lunch - ham and green bean casserole

Dinner - buffalo chicken and wheat thins

snack - broccoli slaw

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - one of these days I'm going to make it to 10,000 steps on my fit bit!  But usually I top out between 7 and 8 K.
