So it has happened. I started a regular exercise routine cardio and small wieghts, it's been 3 weeks, and i can feel my apetite increasing. This has always been an issue for me and need suggestions. I am hitting my protien goals.

Weigh all of your food and track every bite in My Fitness Pal.  The increase in appetite is not from exercising.  It is because you probably have added more carbs to your diet.

When you exercise and eat high protein along with low carb and low calories, then exercise can decrease your appetite.

There is a great website called If It Fits Your Macros.  iifym.com

Your macros are fat, fiber, carbs, calories and protein.  You need a food plan where all are in the correct amounts for your body.

Schedule your meals differently so that you're having them at the time of day you get most hungry.
