New Year's NSVs!
I took a trip to the mall today and experienced a few Non-Scale Victories that I'd like to share! I'm only a short while out from my surgery but it already feels great to achieve these.
-My jeans size has gone way down from a 46w Big & Tall comfort fit to a traditional sized 40w regular fit!
-My shirt size has gone down from a 3XLT or 4X regular to a 2XLT or 3X regular!
-My "North Face" 3XL coat, which was a Christmas gift I received awhile back but never fit me, finally fits and I can wear it this winter!
A final bonus I've been relieved and excited about is how I don't feel any hunger or food cravings after having the sleeve done. I haven't felt the slightest bit hungry since surgery

Congratulations! I'm also only a short bit out from surgery (2 weeks today) but am finding things fit more loosely, I had to buy smaller leggings and 2 sweatshirts which were too tight before now fit. I was ecstatic so I know what you're feeling for sure and am super happy for you. I cannot wait to see where you are in the coming year! Happy New Year!
