Where did you get your powdered multivitamin?
I have surgery On December 30th. I was told to get powdered multivitamin but I don't know where or which brand to get. Which brand works for you? Or should I just get the chewable multivitamins?
I've heard of liquid and chewables, but never powdered. Many programs start people on reeular tablets they day after surgery.
Chewables should be fine. You can always grind them up into powder for a few days, but I doubt very much you'll need to.

I saw patch md also has a calcium/ vit d patch, but the calcium is carbonate.
In your opinion, is that okay because it's not taken orally and adsorbed differently or would getting a separate chewable citrate be better?
