My DIL, husband and I went to Huntington Beach to walk today in the Bolsa Chica wildlife reserve.  It was beautiful, sunny and amazing.  We are all walking a 10K on Sunday and wanted to make sure we could all do it without collapsing.  We all made the 10K and more, so I'm feeling pretty good about Sunday now.

Pulled my back yesterday and can hardly move today. And guess what? No food delivery in Managua!

B: Cup mixed fresh fruit (husband brought it back for me)

L: Tylenol

D: Grilled chicken, 5 french fries, green salad (staggered to crappy restaurant 1 block from hotel)

W: On track

V: None. Still need to go out to buy them, but too painful to walk any distance (no car).

E: Hobbling around as necessary

Pre-surgery, a pulled muscle in my back put me out of commission for a week; I hope with the weight loss, recovery this time will be shorter.
