What cha eating today, VSG'ers? Thursday
Hi all,
Merry Christmas eve day!
Are you planning your transgressions for the holidays? I'm going to have pumpkin pie with lots of whipped cream both tonight and tomorrow. I've been craving it since I had my one piece at Thanksgiving. Hopefully, this will be my only transgression.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - cheeseburger quiche
Dinner - last of the crack slaw
Snack - pumpkin pie and whipped cream.

exercise - just walking

I've had very little to eat so far, as I plan to have a taste of my son's Christmas Eve spread.

D: Camembert w/crackers (will have 1), standing rib roast, roast Cornish hen, salad
S: Black coffee w/gummy vitamins
W&V: On track
E: Wrapping presents; 1/2 mile walk (a bit tired w/sinus infection)

So far my husband and I are doing well this holiday season. Although he did have a couple sips of my father's home made red wine.
