Woke Up to Happy Tears!!
It has been an 11 week stall!! During the stall I took a break away from my cpap machine. After the doctor telling me that my quality of sleep has an effect on my weight loss, I got back on the cpap. After a week, I "broke" the stall! I will always stay on that machine even though my sleep apnea is mild. Then I got the BEST Christmas gift ever!!! Woke up Sunday morning and weighed. I REACHED MY GOAL!! That is a good reason to wake my husband up in a dead sleep to share the news, and make a long distance phone call (time change) to tell my mom! This morning, two days later, I lost 2 more pounds! I am wanting to get 5 lbs below my goal so I can have a 5 lb wiggle room. I had my VSG on Dec 8, 2014. I have lost 102 lbs from my highest weight of 240.
I would not of made it without God's help, new sleeve and my family's support.
Merry Christmas everyone!!
Congratulations. This is a wonderful Christmas gift to yourself! enjoy your new health and energy.
