When I get stuck, or fall into bad eating habits, here's what I do to restart.
- Cook tasty low carb, low calorie foods so I have things to help me resist the bad foods. I've posted a lot of my favorite recipes on the recipe forum.
- Go back to logging everything I eat. I use my fitness pal.
- eat dense protein first, and fill up on low carb veggies.
- Get the carbs out of the diet - my carb monster is relentless, and once I start eating carbs, its all over. I have to white-knuckle it for a few days to get them out of my system.
