UGH Yankee Christmas Swap today

Dang it MAchick. Can you regift them to maybe a neighbor or someone who you care about but didn't want to spend a ton of money on like your mail carrier? Sorry that happened. :/ Lindt's are the ultimate temptation for me because I love them.
it is so hard this time of year, but you will definitely find someone who will take them off your hands. Two weeks ago, we got a box of See's candy in the mail. Right after I got the box out of the outer box I took it across the street to our neighbors. They were so happy to have it, and I got a hug, so it was totally worth giving them away.

At this time of year I would rather receive a fruitcake. Less tempting!

I feel like you're missing out. Fruit cake can be quite delicious if made right. But to each their own.

I never liked Yankee Christmas swaps -- nobody ends up with what they really wanted. Secret Santa exchanges are better. You get what you get. And at this time of year, you literally get food you don't want shoved under your nose.
A friend of mine, who has been super supportive of my WL efforts and goes out of her way to make sure I have something healthy to eat when we come for dinner, offered me Christmas cookies this morning! I love Christmas, but foodwise, I'll be glad when it's over.
