Getting Jacked! (progress pic)
on 12/21/15 2:22 pm
Having a bit of a rough time of late with my health (autoimmune liver disease flared up in October and am on 4mo course of high dose prednisone BLAH) ... but I'm still managing to get myself into the gym 6 times a week to keep my muscles! strength is not the same and I have to take longer breaks ... but I'm happy that I'm able to keep these gains that I've worked so hard on these past 2 years! Big difference from the last time I was on prednisone for this at 400lbs! It's rough now for sure, but with the weight ... well, I would prob be bed ridden. grateful!
hope everyone is doing well, I pop in once and a while to check up on everyone ... keep up the good work!
Wow! What a transformation, congratulations!
