Cappy's crustless cheeseburger quiche- 2 big thumbs up!
Where can I find the recipe?
I googled and found this one Food.com crustless cheeseburger quiche Is it close to the one you tried?
Hi,
I used a recipe that I searched on the internet as a start, and then substituted plain greek yogurt for the higher calorie dairy to bring the calorie count down to my range. Here's a link to my recipe which is on the recipe forum.

Hi,
I'm so glad you liked the recipe. I alternate between this one and the crustless mushroom quiche. In fact, I'm going to make the cheeseburger quiche today!
best wishes,

These are interesting ideas. I bet the sour cream would work well, although it might add to the calories. I bet the cottage cheese would change the texture, but it could be very nice in a different way. Let me know how it turns out.
best wishes,
