Whatcha Eating Today VSGers?? Tuesday
Good morning! We got about 8 inches of snow so the roads were not pretty for my 50 mile drive to work. And it is still snowing.
B: chicken, green chili, cheese and scrambled egg
S: I'm going to allow myself 2 little Christmas treats from the cafeteria. Yesterday I resisted at school only to collapse when I got to my office after. My strategy today is going to allow myself to indulge, but with limits so hopefully I don't lose control later. We'll see if I'm more successful today.
L: cheese and turkey
D: tamale casserole that my mom is making. I sure it will be delicious!
W & V: on track
E: 20 minutes on my exercise bike
Next?
Holiday treats sure do make it tough to maintain! Good luck with the treats today. I had my cheesecake yesterday so I'm back to the straight and narrow today.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - hamburger with cheddar cheese
Dinner - buffalo chicken casserole and wheat thins
snack - meatballs and parmesan cheese if I need them.
water and vitamins - good
exercise - not so good.

Breakfast was yummy. That is my go to every morning for breakfast...leftover meat, a roasted jalapeño or green chili and cheesy scrambled egg. And no, I didn't get a snow day. They are practically unheard of in Wyoming. Two years ago we got an huge early snow storm and trees were breaking, the power was out at the school and they still didn't cancel school.
I feel like I've really been overindulging recently...but trying not to...
B: Baked bacon-wrapped 1 egg and cheddar cheese cup
L: Chicken Tikka Masala takeout (about 1/3 container), no rice
D: Ground chicken burger with American cheese slice and sriracha
S: Probably no snack today, as I do have a weigh in tomorrow morning. :)

I broke the 100-pound barrier a few days ago (lost 103 pounds, to be exact). It's so heartening to be approaching my goal (though still a ways to go) that I'm more determined than ever to get there and to maintain.
