I'm trying to get back on track today after a few days with extra cheats.
Breakfast - meatballs with parmesan cheese
Lunch - chicken with sun-dried tomatoes
Dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins
water and vitamins - good
exercise - sigh - I haven't been good, but I'm trying to up the footsteps on my fit bit.

After I posted my intake on yesterday's thread, I ate a cup of dry Cheerios at 2 in the morning. We all goof. Let's forget about it and focus on today.

E: Unless weather clears, no walking today. A good day to start using those exercise elastic bands I ordered weeks ago.

Went to our American Legion's District Christmas party - I had dinner before going. There were more desserts than actual food!
