Surgery coming up, very nervous

I don't get nervous about surgeries,but that is just me. Being nervous Is normal for some folks.
remind yourself that your surgeons do this every day. They know exactly what they are doing. So do the anesthisologist and everybody els who will. Be there.
Honestly,you are statistically speaking,safer in a surgery theater having WLS,than you are driving your car to work every day. How is that foe perspective!
Adter thos part,you are gonna be on such an amazing,wonderful,lifesaving and life changing journey!
