Life After VSG
Keep setting goals - I like to plan out the year. Have my events picked out for next year and have them categorized by "importance" to the overall plan... A, B, and C level... A's contribute to my desired "result" for the year, B's are great for pushing myself, but the "result" doesn't matter so I can experiment with nutrition or strategy, and C's are "social" - just for fun.. doesn't mean that they aren't hard or challenging but they're done more with friends than for an individual result.
