Thaks for checking in Gwen. It sounds like you are super busy, which can be a lot of fun. And I'm glad your dad might be getting a little bit of a break, finally, with his eyes.

My favorite Yoda quote is, "Do. Or do not. There is no try."

If you are satisfied with  a BMI of 31, own it and learn to be happy where you are. If not, do what you know you need to do to get to your goal. You have given excellent advice to others and know what to do.

I'm glad your dad is in an "Okay" period. My dad battle bravely for 2 years. We treasured the "okay" periods as I know you are.

Thanks for the update, I've been wondering about you and how your dad is doing.  You have quite the schedule.  I'll bet you're really looking forward to your vacation.  My employer has a mandatory shut down this year for the Christmas week.  While most employees complained about it, I can't wait and do not mind at all!  :)  Keep in touch...

Thanks for checking in Gwen. I knew you had a lot going on so treasure that vacation girl! Spend some of the time to get your head back in the game. Whew, yoga on your rest days? Active every day, good for you! I know you can do this, you mentioned awhile back having this mental block being in the 180's. Smash that block into a zillion pieces! You can do it & you have the tools to get you there! Get your butt in gear & keep it movin!
