VSG effects on eating
LOL about the pull still being around, just biding its time doing push ups in a muscle shirt until it is strong enough to resurface. I have to admit that somewhere inside of me that I have high hopes that it is entirely vanquished. But, i also know that kind hubris has never, ever served me well.
You had a recent post that really stuck out to me...I think it was on being deliberate (I know it started with a d!) I was thinking that being deliberate will be quite valuable if that particular pull to food returns. I do so much better with structure.
