Whatcha Eating Today VSGers?? Wednesday
I didn't do as well yesterday. I ended up having to take my mother in law to the doctor so I didn't get to eat the lunch I had planned. I was feeling it...if I don't eat frequently enough I start to feel kind of weak...so I ended up eating the only thing I had in my car, a peanut snack mix. I ate mostly nuts, then I had a sugar cookie at the clinic. Today will be better! Today we leave to drive the 5 hours to the city and then tomorrow we fly to Vegas! I'm so excited I can hardly stand it. We haven't taken a vacation with just my husband and me in a year and a half....before my VSG!
B: cleaned out the frig...today I had leftover taco meat and cheese and a kind bar
Lunch and dinner are up in the air because we'll be traveling
W: water is easy for me, especially when traveling
E: I carried 200 lbs of chicken feed today from my car to the garage. I think that counts

Had a restless night, so didn't wake up until 10am. Throws my schedule off a bit.

L: Egg, cabbage/sweet potato/onion side
D: TBD, but I'm thinking sushi
S: Black coffee, vitamin gummies
W: Just getting my first cup of coffee now

E: Walking, location TBD

B: oatmeal with sliced almonds, craisins, walnuts
S: popcorn
L: 100 cal chobani yogurt, leftover chicken
D: idk, either porkchop or a hot dog
E: another rainy day - worked through lunch, not much on the horizon for exercise
V: yes
L: good!
Weight is good - back to 2 lbs under goal which makes me happy.

Excited to have the day off work today, it meant I didn't have to go to the gym at 5:30am!
B: protein shake with 1/2 cup frozen fruit in the magic bullet
L: 1 egg omelette with cheese and 1/2 turkey sausage patty
S: cheese stick or greek yogurt bar if I need something.
D: chicken breast with a few bites of broccoli.
Water and vit: on track
E: 30" treadmill workout plus weights at the gym
Breakfast - crustless mushroom quiche
Lunch - spanakopita meat balls
Dinner - turkey and stuffing - I think this will be the last serving of the thanksgiving leftovers! -yum
Water - need more
Vitamins - good
Exercise - probably not.
