Working out almost two years post-op
And I love it!
I started a new fitness program almost a month ago, and I'm seeing some great results. It's cardio paired with progressive weight circuits, and focusing on nutrition. I go 3x/week and sometimes pop in for a little cardio in between.
They have trainers that walk you through everything until you feel comfortable, and they push you to improve and sweat. I have a bad back and they are really good with suggesting alternatives to certain exercises.
I haven't really lost weight yet, but the difference in my muscles is amazing. My thighs and arms are actually looking muscular!
You go Girl! Rock on!

You look great. I'm sure you feel great too. Congratulations!
