A bad day at our house construction site, they put up the wrong siding on the second floor. Geez, this project has been so stressful, but my husband and I are working hard to stay on the plan and not stress eat the wrong kinds of foods.

If nothing else, when your stomach or gall bladder are acting up, it makes it easy to stay on track!

D: Premier protein shake (ugh, can't want to finish this nasty ass case of globular muck!)

I've been working out and needing to adjust accordingly, trying you find a balance but I'm getting there! 

B: medium coffee with cream, pumpkin chai protein bar

S: syntrax apple prote in powder after my workout

L: sirloin steak
