Today I started using the vitamin patch!  We'll see how it goes when I have labs next time.  I feel confident based on other people's results, though, and I'd like to be able to stop swallowing so many pills each day.  

This is also my last day of school before Thanksgiving break.  I still have school work to do during the break, but it's nice to not have to physically travel to any classes for the next five days.  

1: frankenshake + ralstons
2: not sure yet, maybe leftover enchiladas
3: roast beef, horseradish sauce, garlic cabbage

liquid and vites: on track - I started the vitamin patch today!!
exercise: 34:03 running for a total of 1:86 miles (half marathon training), 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

I'm ready for Thanksgiving! Doing food prep & cleaning tonight! Tomorrow I'll bake pies and go to the Turkey Trot expo! I have been having a hard week....first real holiday without my Dad! I have been making sure not to eat my emotions!! So far its working!

B: Hard boiled egg and cheese stick

S: Skinny pop

L: Chicken & Guacamole

D: Pork Chop and Green Beans

S: Probably biscotti (found a nice one that is low carb at Sam's club)

I'm thawing my turkey and making some of the sides today.  I'm enjoying the holiday preps.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - Mongolian meatballs - yum

Dinner - finishing that buffalo chicken and wheat thins

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike

I am back on plan for exercise - and I find my eating is better and my sleep is better, as well.  Its interesting that healthy habits seems to support more healthy habits.  I love my sleeve!

I'm doing pretty well the last couple of days.  Yesterday I ate a cookie at cub scouts, but other than that it was a good day.

I'm looking forward to a nice holiday weekend!  We're having turkey at my mom's but I'm making a few sides.

B: protein shake

S: peanut snack mix

L: yogurt, nuts, cheese and a few Ritz crackers

D: taco no shell

W & V: on track

E: I've done something to my back so I'm taking it easy.  I saw the chiropractor yesterday and will again tomorrow morning.

It's really cool to be able to take part in this. A month ago, I would just read these a dream of my surgery day.

 

B: Vanilla Muscle Milk protein shake

D: a cup of beef Pho- minus the noodles and added tofu

Water and vitamins- on track

Exercise- I haven't been cleared yet to do cardio or anything else other than walking. I'm on my feet all day long at work.

We got home on Sunday from Kauai and I lost 4 pounds while I was there!  Whoo Hoo! I have never in my life lost weight while on vacation.

 

B: 2 light string cheeses

S: Key Lime Light and Fit yogurt

L: Black forest ham with light mayo, one ounce mixed nuts

S: light string cheese

D: Chicken with light mayo

S: licking the spoon while making pies: 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie mix

V: on track

E: need more steps, having problems with my right knee

W: on track

 

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
