Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Wednesday
Good morning! I'm maintaining well, but I'd like to shed 5 lbs before we head to Vegas in 2 weeks. My eating is on track, so I guess I need to exercise. I just have a really hard time getting up at 4:30 to do it.
B: mishmash of leftovers...pork ribs, cheese and crackers, a couple bites of waffle (not the best choice, but my recipe is incredible... I figure a couple bites is a vast improvement from the 3 waffles I used to eat!)
S: yogurt and granola

1: frankenshake + spoon of Ralstons (this was nice yesterday. I'll do it until I run out of the Ralstons I cooked up on Monday and then decide if I want to keep it or not.)

Hi Paula,
I don't track my calories. My NUT & Plan tracks protein and carbs. Also, Wednesday are my late days and are weird for me. I'm usually a three snack a day person plus my 3 meals. Wednesday I start later at work and eat my breakfast later so that eliminates my snacks. All other day I'm always at two snacks if not three.

Busy meetings day and a quick run to the house construction site. It's supposed to snow almost 4 inches Friday night! Good thing the poured the driveway, walkway and back porch almost 2 weeks ago.
