sharp pains in the stomach

I am having sharp pains in my stomach.

I spoke with the nurse from my program.  She said maybe gas.

but it isnt gas pains.

any ideas?

I am just shy of two months post op

thought I would add that.

If you're still having sharp pains since you posted four hours ago, time to call the surgeon. If the pain is really bad, maybe go to the ER.
