OMG.......it happened
Today, just shy of 4 days from 10 months post op, I hit 100lbs lost. What a blessing this surgery has been for me and my health. I also owe so much to this forum and the members. I joined and started reading 6 months prior to my first doctor's appointment thanks to the vets I felt like I had world of information.
My journey has been pleasing (based on what others have experienced), out patient surgery, pain first 3 days, no nausea at all and followed my doctor's plan to the T.
I can't thank this forum and members enough.
PS I still haven't figured out how to change the ticker, so disregard. It should show 10 lbs to go - yippeee!

Congrats on hitting 100lbs! I have just join the forum and had my surgery last week on 11.10.15. The pain I was expecting, but was surprised on how much it really did hurt. Thank goodness it is only for few days and feeling better each day. Ditto, on pain for 3 days that was difficult and no nausea at all following my doctors plan.
