Still loving my new workout program - yay. Lifting weights makes me feel strong.

3: garlic roast beef sandwich (no bread for me), cauliflower soup
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 34:41 running for a total of 1.77 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners), 19:56 lifting (NROL break-in B)

I had total:
- Bunless children's hamburger from Culver's.
- 1/4 cup applesauce.
- 1 light greek yogurt.
- 1 Atkins chili frozen meal (broke up into two meals)
I may have some protein powder later if calories allow.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I'm one day out from surgery so I guess I am not a sleever yet, all I can say, is for the last two weeks of jello, protein shakes and sobe's. I have had more jello in the last two weeks than I have had in the last two decades. I swear after all this is done if I never see jello again I will be able to die a happy man.
1) Water and black coffee for breakfast (had fasting bloodwork midmorning)
2) Lemon chicken salad - prepackaged from Trader Joe's. (250 calories, but not great)
3) Peanut butter and rice cake, jerky
4) Crack slaw (I finally made it and it's awesome! I ate almost a full cup of it though....can't do that next time.)
5) Peanut butter cookie from Whole Foods (It's my once a week cheat, I have one every Monday night.)
