My surgery was three weeks ago and I have gone from a size 18W to a 14 in that short time....surreal.

Wow. Thats steller. You can update your ticker by updating your weight. Click on the graph icon next to the one that looks like a trophy in the upper right hand corner of the screen, then set your starting and current weight. I believe the ticker goes by what you enter. Hope that helps :S Congrats anyway on the weight loss.
