can this lifestyle nutrition change be done vegan?

Can it be done vegan.....short answer ..... Yes

At what cost..... it's much much harder.

For one you take out the most important and effective component of the VSG..... the pyloric valve and the restriction. Most all vegan foods are on the slider side and a vegan lifestyle is very carb heavy.

Can it be done yes, do you lessen your chances of making goal....... I would think by quite a bit.

But, don't let me make you feel like your doomed if you go vegan.... I'm just sharing with you what I have learned and know to be true.

I think you may want to step up your food prep and experiment with seasonings..... taste is about flavor....seasoning and cooking techniques are flavor.

Here are a few samples of how I eat most the time, veggies are a major component !
