So Close...Or am I? **Progress Pic!**
I think you look fabulous, and you could quit now, or lose a little more, as you like. I used BMI as a guide, and lost until my BMI was in the normal range. That worked for me.
Best wishes,
Carol

You look fantastic! Like you I have played around with my goal, first it was 180, then 170 and now 160. Last time I weight myself I was 165. I'm in size 10 pants and I wear medium shirts! I haven't been this size since freshman year! I think you should go with what your comfortable with. If you're still losing then keep going for it no matter if its slow or not! You will know when you're comfortable. I would throw the number out the window and go by how you feel, how you want to look and how you want your clothes to fit!

You're doing really well and looking great! For most of us, the best place to finish is somewhere in the normal BMI range. And yes, the lower the better. Best to do that now because it becomes much harder to lose more than a few pounds later on!
People told me I was too thin when I had a BMI of 26-28. I now have a BMI of 20-21 and those same people don't think I'm too thin anymore, just normal size for someone of my stature. They merely needed time to get used to my new look.
And speaking from personal experience, while I felt great at the 'overweight' BMI level, it was after I reached 'normal' BMI that some stubborn fat deposits on my belly and arms finally melted off.
So I'd suggest you keep going as long as you can, and then make a conscious decision to begin transitioning to a maintenance plan.

You look AWESOME!! We have very similar heights and starting weights, and I am trying to get down to about 160 as goal - just so I have a cushion in case I have any regain, but ultimately, I am sure my goal will get adjusted as I actually get closer to it. Super inspiring!! Keep up the awesome work!!!!

You look great! Fantastic job!!
Lose the weight now. If you end your weight loss phase and then try to kickstart it again later it will be much harder. 25 pounds... you mentioned it sounds like a lot, yet you have lost 140- you can do it! This will also give you some breathing room for a smidge of regain that is pretty common. I went 10 pounds under goal, and seem to have now leveled out exactly at goal in other words.
Better to take it off now in other words. This is not due to how you look- you look fantastic! Just makes sense overall in the big picture and it will not make you too thin.
