It's Friday! That means it's almost the weekend! And I woke up with the first twinges of a sinus infection, so I'm looking forward to a restful weekend of feeling better.

exercise: 60 minutes pilates/yoga class, 60 minutes tai chi class, 60 minutes pilates class

Spent a little over an hour at the gym, did some cardio and strength training. I'm feeling famished after workouts, so I'm going to ask how best to approach that when I met with the nut next. Because I ended up siding a handful of chips in my face :-/
B: coffee with 1/2 scoop syntrax cappuccino protein powder and Fairlife milk, cherry almond zone bar
E: gym for hour
S: handful of chips
L: coffee with 1/2 scoop protein, 3oz garlic and herb pork tenderloin, roasted onions
D: chicken drumsticks, sautéed green beans
Can you postpone your breakfast until after your exercise? Or split it up and have the shake after and the bar before or vice versa? I'm a morning exerciser and I wait until after I finish to eat. Before exercising, I just stick to water.

So happy it is Friday! I'm looking forward to a somewhat restful weekend...I have laundry to do and I have to help my husband clean the chicken house (yuck!) but hopefully it will be a very nice weekend.
B: Breakfast burrito from Hardee's. I was traveling and didn't have many choices. I didn't eat much of the tortilla.
