Good to know. Thanks! I just ordered a sample pack of the Unjury powders . . . the chicken soup flavor sounds so gross but it has me intrigued! LOL I'd like something that would work in savory foods . . .

Depends, Do you like Chicken Noodle Cup a Soup?  It's very like that without the noodles.  I had this every day of my first 2 weeks post op.

So far I like the Premier Protein Shakes from Costco, they are ready to drink, just toss into the fridge to get cold, they have chocolate which is the one I like the best, they have vanilla and strawberries and cream, those I didn't like that much, but I still have 1 shy of a case for each of them so I am going to try them with some sugar free tourani's syrup to make them better.
