I've started a new fitness program, and even though I'm sore all over I already feel stronger! Trying to get my eating on point to maximize my results. Hard this week because I'm feeling like crap, but pushing on.
B: coffee with syntrax cappuccino protein powder and a dollop of cool whip on top....so good on a cold rainy morning!
L: egg salad with chopped onion, carrots, celery, pepper
S: Greek yogurt
D: either chicken drumsticks, leftover sausage and kale soup, or pork roast
Woke up with a severe headache that hasn't left, but entertaining the gym if it goes away tonight. Trying to get some good fluids in.
OOh! What's your new fitness program?

It's a place where you go and they focus on cardio, strength, and nutrition. They evaluate your progress every 30 days and do weight, body comp, measurements, etc. You meet with the nutritionist who gives suggestions and helps go over your food journal.
I like it because there are normal people there, and the trainers are helpful and nice. They walk you through everything and explain each exercise until you're comfortable, then help you increase the weights. You jump between pairs of machines, doing 12, 8, then 20 reps between them, cardio before and after.
That sounds cool! I hope it works out well for you :D

I'm day one post-op from sinus surgery, so I'm a little delicate today. Funny how this surgery was a breeze! :)
B: Celebrate 20 Protein Shake, Caramel Vanilla Swirl mixed with Almond Milk
L: 2oz Turkey, 1 pc bacon
D: Turkey burger
Water's a bit lower than I'd like but I'm struggling with the nose bandage and not being able to breath from my nose while I eat/drink. It's better than it was so I'll be good soon. It's just 20 or 21 hours since surgery.
Exercise: hardly! I'm taking these 3 days off to fully recoup.
