First full day on something besides liquid! My surgeon doesn't require a puréed stage, so on to soft foods it is for me! I've just been chewing, chewing, chewing everything and taking it slow.

 

B- Greek Yogurt

S- 1/4 cup cottage cheese

L- tuna in some light mayo

D- thinking 2 oz ground turkey with taco seasoning

S- cheese stick

V- done

E- hour walk with my puppers

W- I'm a little behind. This waiting 30 mins after eating thing is killing me.

Hi,

I went out for lunch today, so my calorie intake is a little high.  Hopefully, it will all balance out over the past few days of being good.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - curry chicken and mixed veggies - good quality but large servings.

Dinner - spinach lasagna

Snack - if I can avoid a snack, I'll be all set.  We'll see how it goes...

Vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - getting back into the recumbent bike again, thank goodness.

Tuesdays are always busy for us.  We started with a 3 mile hill walk with my little dog, Circe, then did tons of errands.  Eating went really well too.

B: Light and Fit yogurt, blueberry

S: light string cheese

L: Hickory Farms Grilled chicken bites

S: light string cheese

D: ground chicken with marinara, parmesan and salsa

S: don't know yet, but will need the infusion of protein

E: hiking with Circe

W: excellent

V: excellent

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
