Yay Sunday. I've got a busy day ahead, and a busy day already behind me, so my meals are a bit strange. It's a 2-shake day due to time constraints and driving time.
I finished up my first week of my new exercise schedule and I'm really happy with it. :D

exercise: 22 minutes lifting (NROL Break-In A), 30 minutes yoga (beginner relaxation)

My husband got a head start on celebrating Veteran's Day with a free meal from McCormick and Schmick's in Lombard, IL. We ended up meeting a few other fellow submariners, which is rare. There aren't many of them.
I'll be doing my 11 month post-op weigh in tomorrow....I don't think it will be all that stellar this time, which has me nervous because overall I've been losing at a very good clip so far.
B: Syntrax Nectar protein drink
