So next week, I get to start my soft food diet.. I will be my 2 week mark- starting my week 3.. So, On my diet list from the nutritionst, I am able to do "cooked, canned, or pureed" veggies. I came across Spaghetti Squash.. I read tat it is a good alternative to pasta. Since it is veggies, and will be soft, I guess that means I can eat some.. I am looking forward to making "spaghetti". It also says that I am able to start eating soft meats- I have purchased tuna and turkey chili. I am really looking forward to that!

Any more ideas? I would like to get a variety of things so it doesn't get too "old". I also have cottage cheese (which I love) and low fat Greek yogurt. Thanks guys!

MY favorite was refried beans with shredded cheese and a little salsa (it was only a few tablespoons full).
