Starbucks & tropical smoothie
Watch the calories. A lot of drinks at those places have over half a day-s calories in one drink. It can be a slippery slope.

At Starbucks I get grande Latte with 2 pumps Sugar Free Caramel and One pump Sugar free Vanilla, extra hot, stirred. Had it today... not all the time. It is expresso, milk and sugar free syrup. I have no problem drinking it. You can ask for nonfat too, they use 2% if you don't say anything. Normally they use 4 pumps syrup in anything but I find that too sweet.
At Tropical Smoothie (more in the summer) I get Mango magic , no sugar or sweetener with Whey protein added. It is not low carb, but lower carb than some of the other choices and has yogurt in it.
I don't get either of these on a regular basis, but thoroughly enjoy them when I do.

Starbucks will be easier for you than the Smoothie place and other people have posted some good ideas. I don't really drink coffee so I refuse to plunk down $4 for their stuff.
Avoid smoothies like the plaque until you are in maintenance - they are carb BOMBS and offer very little nutritional value. And they are highly likely to set off the carb monster cravings in you regardless of how "lite" you try to make them.
It's not on their menu but Starbucks can also do a :short" size drink. It's about 8oz I think but cant remember for sure. You have to ask for it but when I used to drink coffee I never had a problem getting it. So along with watching the milk fat, sugar and other content you can also reduce the number of calories by getting a small size drink. Enjoy.

Be very, very careful about drinking your calories, no matter how tasty. I had a small McDonald's vanilla shake last month, and it went off like a bomb in my gut with very unpleasant and very public consequences. Yuk! doesn't even begin to describe it. Smoothies, even low-sugar or sugar-free, are not good for you and, in addition to the possibility of digestive upset, may form a habit that can be hard to break. Even homemade smoothies are not a good idea, IMO.
"Don't drink your calories!" -- one of the deadly sins of eating with the sleeve.

I love Starbucks! Dark roast coffee in the winter and cold brew coffee in the summer. I add Splenda packets when needed. Sugar-free nonfat lattes are a good treat once in a while too. The only calories in them are from the skim milk, which has enough protein to make it worthwhile. But don't even consider the frappuccinos. I never heard tropical smoothie.
