Hello all!  I am only 10 weeks out from surgery so staying on plan for food isn't too tough, but I'm working on finding ways to incorporate more exercise...basically no excuses!

B: protein shake

L: 6" turkey sub from subway minus the bread.  Enjoyed the meat, cheese and veggies!

S: 1/2 ounce pork rinds.  Tried something new and to be honest hated them!

D:  probably 2-3 chicken wings

Vit: done

Water: getting there.

Exercise: 55 minute walk at 6:30am!

Today forgot to meal plan better.

Breakfast was 1/4 a baked sweet potato with some protein-heavy chili (no beans) that I made.

Lunch was a bunless hamburger.

I am drinking a decaf iced coffee made with 1/2 skim fairlife milk and two packets of splenda.

Dinner will be yogurt and some chicken soup I made without noodles.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

D: Innards from a veal parmesan sandwich

W: Done

V: Not yet

E: Dodging wheelchairs and walkers.
