Went in for my 6 month blood work and the women checking me in said "are you having it done or had it done? " I said "I had it 6 months ago", she said " I was about to say , you are not big enough for surgery." I told her I lost 70 lbs. sometimes it is hard to hear you look good and believing it. After spending so much of your life hating yourself and to finally like the new you.

What does NSV stand for? I know it's something good since it's all good news on these messages. Different lingo than what we have in Ohio! Also, do you know what a dense protein is? Thanks!!

Non scale victory,not the number on the scale but how the weight loss is affecting your life in positive way. Dense protein is stuff like meat,chicken,fish
