Craving pizza
3 cup steamed cauliflower
1 cup mozzerella
1 egg.
Rice cauliflower. Mix ingredients together and spread super thin on a baking sheet (oil it first). Top with garlic & herb or your preferred seasoning, bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes. Add pre-cooked toppings & bake again to melt cheese.
I use all low-fat or fat-free ingredients when possible. If you haven't had "real" pizza in a while, this tastes awesome.
I saw an interesting recipe on you tube that calls for a ground beef crust. I also saw another using ground turkey. That would really keep the carbs low and the only carbs would be from the veggies and sauce. I admit I'm a little early to be trying this but it is definitely on my to make list with I progress my diet a bit further.
^^ This!
I tried a ground chicken crust pizza recipe off the internet. I had really REALLY low expectations but it was surprisingly delicious and I will definitely make again. My 14year old liked it, too. Mine was a ground chicken crust and the toppings were cheese, and tomato sauce and tomatoes. The macros worked aok for my plan.
Also, the leftover portions froze nicely as well.

If you can buy a Flat Out wrap they are pretty low carb and have protein (my Harris Teeter sells them). I take a wrap, cut it in half and toast it in the toaster oven until it's a little crispy. Then I spread out a tbsp of pizza sauce, add some Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper, and top it with shredded mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni. I broil it under the toaster oven broiler so the cheese melts and the turkey pepperoni cooks. Viola - it's delicious!
