Be careful of the baked snap pea crisps. I bought a bag of those early out thinking they were healthier than they actually turned out to be. My fitness tracker gave them a very low rating.

I agree that they need to be a rare treat and not a regular thing! What tracker do you have that rates foods?? That's pretty cool!

I'm not feeling very well today and really don't want to eat, but I'm making myself.

L- Prime Grillers burger patty with 1 minibel light cheese

S- Light & Fit Greek yogurt (toasted coconut vanilla)

D- pulled pork and a small piece of a roll

S- no sugar added fudgsicle

W- ahead of schedule

E- Walking towards my 10,000 step goal, did lots of stairs today and it is getting easier every week.

Lunch - left over enchilada casserole - last serving! sigh - (Its a bit high cal but soooo good)

Dinner - I've got chicken with sun-dried tomatoes, and pulled pork, and phily cheese steak sloppy joes in the refrig. Havent decided yet.)

I haven't had much exercise today, but my hubby and I will be going to Disneyland tonight to meet up with our daughter. She is home for a conference a the Grand Californian. Hope to get at least 10,000 steps tonight.

B: Spicy chipotle BBQ grilled chicken bite from Hillshire Farms (super yummy)

S: Caramel apple pie Light and Fit yogurt

L: part of an omelet (shared with hubby), small amount of low fat cottage cheese

S: Light string cheese

D: taking DD out to dinner at the parks, so don't know yet

Water: right on, already have 80 ounces in

Vitamins: on track

Exercise: D-land

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

L: 3.9oz Turkey with a slice of swiss cheese
S: 8 almonds
D: 3.8oz organic boneless skinless chicken breast with a drop of soy and a drop of mirin
S: slice of swiss cheese

E: 20,000 steps/10.6 miles; and added in some running and some stationary bike, too
