How much sf jello is too much?
I don't think you need to worry about too much sugar-free jello. You'll be transitioning to more interesting foods soon enough.
Best of luck with your surgery,
Carol

I could finish off a box of sf popsicles every day. The calories are minimal on sugar free items. I think a box might have been 3-400 calories, not sure. The important thing is that jello is considered a liquid and you need to shrink your liver. I found that chewing sf popsicles was more filling than jello.
