I like that plan better! Mine was 2 weeks of liquids! I see other plans that on 3rd day they are eating soft proteins. It is so different from Dr to Dr. but I can't blame them for being extra cautious.
My first "real food" after RNY was the same as my husband's first after VSG -- a scrambled egg. And it was the yummiest scrambled egg I ever tasted.
