I'm 8 months out since surgery and down 107.4 lbs and feeling FABULOUS!!! I completed another 5k this past weekend and going hiking in The Smokies this weekend. I LOVE my new life!!!

Fantastic! You're a rock star. I have decided that I love walking, and did my first 5K two weeks ago at Disneyland and California Adventure. I have a 10K coming up in January and another 5K in May. This is going to be such a life changer and I'm happy that you and I can both do it. What a difference surgery can make.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
