you are having the same issues I have had. First, are you taking prilosec each day for your acid reflux? Slowly easy yourself into each step. I did the same 30 to 40 oz. I'm four weeks out from surgery and I'm still having trouble getting down my fluids. It will all be good. It just takes time.
